The job, your challenge
You will become responsible for the highest level sales dealing with top accounts levelling significant business within the segment. Within this position you will meet long term marketing and sales goals in addition to growth. You will operate as an enterprise wide point of contact representing the entire spectrum of integrated solutions to the customers in Belgium. This includes coordination of all aspects of the accounts where as technical sales support, project management, sales bids and contracts.
You develop and execute a business plan for each account identifying the core customer requirements. Mapping the benefits of our clients solution to the business requirements of the global account. As Corporate Account Manager you will present the value proposition to accounts, using strategic partners where required. We expect you maintain a close relationship with accounts considering the possible worldwide footprint of the account and the functions within the account where a strong relationship is needed. Provide ongoing information and reports as required by management.
As a professional in this market you will plan account strategies where as introducing new products, sales presentations and assist local account managers. You will participate in sales conferences and trade shows. All activities will directly be reported to the Sales Manager Europe.
The profile, your background
The Corporate Account Manager Belgium requires a proven sales background in the clients services and a strong understanding of products and sales tactics within the market unified collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate will also have strong knowledge and experience in the A/V, video conferencing and IP Networking industry. Must be a collaborative team player with lots of creativity.
Strong leader in opening up new markets and accounts for Advanced Services sales. The candidate must have the proven ability to work with Channel Partners and end-user's in an effective and professional manner. This individual must have the ability to accurately forecast business, can manage multiple accounts, possess strong presentation and negotiating skills and have a consistent successful sales track record of achieving quota.
English and preferably one other modern language. You will have the ability to operate remotely and travel 25% of the time.
