International Business Development Manager Retail
For one of our clients we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong retail background and knowledge of retail best practice CRM principles. He / she will work in countries like France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and the UK. Fluency in French is a must.
The job,your challenge
- You develop and manage the existing accounts of our top 5 customers
- You elaborate relations with high-potential clients in order to progress these accounts to the size of Key Account
- You meet a quarterly target sales objectives
- You keep an overall view on projects of our clients where you will monitor progress and completion while maintaining a helicopter view
- You work closely with Senior Management, Project Management and Marketing to leverage the company across the entire organization
- You establish proactively strong professional relationships and credibility with business executives in the specific accounts
- You report directly to the Managing Director
The profile, your background
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant and international work experience in a similar role (i.e. Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Manager)
- Experience in managing a Global 500 company as your account
- Proven track record in exceeding quarterly target sales objectives
- Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills
- Experience in selling software or marketing related enterprise solutions
- Languages: fluent in French (Native preferred) and English (Must), German and Dutch are strong pluses
- Professional, ambitious, opinionated and dedicated, you are able to work independently and have a pro-active attitude
- Strong pluses: experience in managing retail accounts
- Eligible to work in the EU
