Sales Manager Benelux

The job, your challenge

It is the role of the Sales Manager Benelux to drive the sale of Information Builders products and services throughout the Benelux. He/she focuses on optimizing the level achievement of the Sales team and individuals. The Sales Manager reports to the Senior Sales Director EMEA.

Key responsibilities include Achievement of the revenue target for the Benelux. Ensure continued expansion of Information Builders market share within the Benelux for both Business Intelligence and Integration software and services. Ensure consistent achievement from Sales team members.

Go on Sales calls to assist in deal development and closure and to actively evaluate sales technique and coach Account Managers. Implementation of the Sales Strategy and other Sales initiatives. Conduct regular analysis and assessment of strategy execution, lead generation, close rates, deal sizes, sales techniques.

Work closely with marketing on the implemen-tation of marketing programmes. Keep track of and consolidate the pipeline. Validate the forecast.

The profile, your background

A proven track record in selling software solutions to corporations and the ability to influence and inspire others and achieve change. Impeccable technical and business acumen.

Extensive knowledge of sales processes and techniques. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and appreciation of cross cultural issues. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional fluency in another European language would be an advantage.
