Our mission is to be the leading executive search boutique specializing in senior commercial positions for leading IT companies and their challengers.  We are driven by a strong belief that we are able to make a significant and positive impact for the people within our network and for the companies they work for.

You may wonder how we are able to maintain such an immense international network of top level IT executives while at the same time are able to spend quality time with our candidates and clients?
It certainly helps that our tightly knit team of internationally oriented partners  are  ‘super-connectors’. 

We super connect by participating and lecturing  at major Universities, by organizing monthly  IT MASTERS of the Round Table events, by co-chairing  local alumni organizations of  IT companies Oracle, Gartner and Getronics and by being  actively involved in (local) business networks.  We look forward to ‘activating’, sharing and opening  up these networks and others to you and your company.
