De functie, uw uitdaging
Our client is hiring a technical instructor for its European team. The position is based in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands.

The vacancy presents basic, advanced, and customized technical classes on all client products for customers, external and internal, regarding implementation, configuration, features, operation, administration, and maintenance of products. Students may be direct customers, reseller technicians, or others. Classes are conducted in various venues worldwide.

The technical instructor is certified to technical training towards all classes of internal and external customers. He/she will need to understand software development and business process modelling concepts to effectively deliver a number of classes. Required knowledge in .Net development tools, C#, VB.Net, and XML/XSL and knowledge of Business Process Management and Business Process Automation.

The person is responsible for preparation of training. Performing alpha and beta-level testing of new software releases on lab system and provides feedback to engineering on same. Incorporates knowledge into training materials.

The instructor is involved in testing new course material, including training manuals, tests and answer sheets. He/she maintains knowledge necessary to be deemed a content expert on all client products and uses class evaluations from representative partners to upgrade the course materials and curriculum.

Het profiel, uw achtergrond
The right technical instructor has extensive knowledge of application development tools including, SQL and Visual Studio.Net suite and understanding of business process modelling.

This position requires five to ten years experience in technical training, technical support, and or consulting. Combined with excellent communications, presentation, human relations, and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2000, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Windows 2003, Share point and any other third party products that are required to successfully deliver training. Bachelor’s degree in either computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.

Behavioural Skills and Competencies are required. Extensive travel is required (as much as 50%). Course presentations require considerable standing and moving around presentation area. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.
