De functie, uw uitdaging
Our client is looking for a allround professionals who oversee the overall processes. You will be responsible for the innovation and life cycle management of the converged services portfolio for the enterprise market
He/she proactively develops, defines, delivers and manages the overall Enterprise Solutions portfolio roadmap for the coming 1 – 3 year of our client in synchronisation with customer, market, branding and pricing needs.
Find new ways, through a thorough understand the market development and customer needs, of creating business value for customers through the portfolio development and implementation of converged type of services, involving different product areas, services and third parties.
In doing actively share best practices with other departments and Global teams. The solutions proposed and implemented should deliver the company the status of “most trusted partner in the Enterprise Market” and contribute to the overall brand promise in ease of use and reliability of products and services.
Optimise Cost, Quality and Lead time on Solution Roadmap Delivery, maximise Converged Services Revenues and Customer Satisfaction.
Key activities are:
• Within Enterprise Solutions, the driving force concerning the development, implementation and alteration of new and existing converged solutions;
• Design a proper solution (group) roadmap / strategy for the coming 1 – 3 years based on customer needs, competitor analyses, technological developments, financial targets, best practice sharing and supplier/partner roadmaps;
• End responsible for the overall Solutions P&L. End responsible for the products & services quality and generated revenues from the Enterprise Solutions products (focus on agreed hero products), and the necessary alignment with other stakeholders for the development and implementation of the Enterprise Solutions roadmap;
• Planning, monitoring and evaluating the necessary CAPEX budget for the development and implementation of the Enterprise Solutions Roadmap;
• Manage the life cycle for his/her specific solutions taking also into account quality of service and solution P&L;
• Partnering with product and technology partners for products and platforms qualifying new technologies and ensuring proper integration within the company and partner services;
• Co-operation and interfacing with EBU Product Management;
• Support sales with answering questions from customers, special bid preparation, product workshops and training and product documentation.
Het profiel, uw achtergrond
The candidate for the vacant position requires a “proven track record” in of 5-7 years of experience in B2B product marketing / solution management with specific focus on product development and/ or product implementation in the telecom, ICT and/ or Internet industries combining technical and commercial elements. Business Understanding and market awareness.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Dutch ICT industry with strong focus on converged fixed mobile services (voice and data)
Academic or HBO degree or equivalent in communication or related studies. Fluent in English and Dutch, both orally and written.
