Senior Business Development Manager
Our client is full blown IT group founded in 2001 with development centres in Hungary, Serbia and Romania and sales offices in Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

The company offers offshore software application development and maintenance, package implementation, as well as infrastructure maintenance and support enabling our client to reduce their costs. Services ensure the quality and availability of their IT systems supporting their business.

Our client works with an Optimized Delivery model combining the benefits of proximity to our clients with the cost advantage of our near shore development centres. The Global Sourcing Near Shore Delivery Services model combines the quality, responsiveness and flexibility normally associated with domestic outsourcers with the cost-savings of an "offshore" development facility, located nearby in Eastern Europe.

De functie, uw uitdaging
Currently our client is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager. He/she will identify, pursue and close complex outsourcing and strategic development opportunities within the Dutch Market.

Selected candidate will develop and lead new business opportunity pursuits, while maintaining a strong relationship with the existing near shore based delivery team. Regular, effective communications will be required.

Responsible for regular interface directly with client executives. Be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of all lead generation results.
Het profiel, uw achtergrond
You have a HBO degree, with 7 plus years of experience successfully managing and developing mid-market accounts. Preferably internet related, for a large systems integrator or custom software development organization.

Demonstrated experience and success interfacing at the CXO level

You have experience identifying and closing complex infrastructure outsourcing as well as applications management and development opportunities. Demonstrated ability to identify, orchestrate and manage geographically dispersed virtual resources. In-depth knowledge and experience utilizing global delivery models.

The right candidate has understanding of, and appreciation for, global issues that influence international business trends, developments and outcomes highly effective communications and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

We prefer candidates with extensive executive level experience.
